April Bowlby was raised in Vallejo California and was a student at Moorpark College. There she learned French, Marine Biology and Ballet. In her late teens she started modeling later switching to acting. She got her first professional role in 2005 as a "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation guest star". Then, she moved towards film and TV and appeared on productions like "CSI New York" "Stacked'" 'Freddie'", 'Sands of Oblivion'", 'All Roads lead to To Home'", 'Out of Jimmy's Head'", 'Kath & Kim'", 'Psych'" and "From Prada until Nada'. Her name is most famously known for her roles as a recurring character on "How I met Your Mother" as well as "Two and Half Men".
